All our products are handmade with love and care. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be made and prepared. Preparation time may vary depending on the product and order volume.

2. Advance Payment

We require 100% advance payment to confirm your order. Production will begin after the full payment has been received.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched through a courier service. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service.

Please note that the 2–3 weeks preparation period does not include shipping and delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be communicated to customers before the order is confirmed. Any applicable delivery charges must be paid according to the payment instructions provided.

5. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will be provided with tracking details after their order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, public holidays, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number when placing your order. Delays or additional charges caused by incorrect address details may be the customer's responsibility.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos so we can review the issue.
