100% advance payment is required to confirm an order.

Production will begin after the full payment has been received and verified. Orders will not be prepared or dispatched without the required payment.

All product prices are displayed on our website in the stated currency. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be handled according to the agreed order details, subject to applicable law.

Shipping charges are separate from product prices unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.

Our crochet products are handmade, so please allow 2–3 weeks for order preparation.

This preparation period does not include shipping and delivery time. Orders will be dispatched through a courier service after they are ready.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
